I had that impression when I made the rough design and had to google pumpkin head to make sure I didn't copy the design by accident.

Interesting work Justen...I think the transition of blues to reds is pretty alien looking indeed. Reminds me a bit of the aliens from independence day mixed with the latest in war of the worlds...not sure why...
Either way, looking good man! The bony red and pink areas constrast nicely with the smoother blue and purple areas. Keep it up!
