Ne verdreckte Glasplatte lΓ€sst sich nicht ganz so gut steuern. Die Textur ist ne alte Filmplatte die partiell eingemalt wurde

I love the texture ontop of the rustic colors. It looks really professional. His skin color is really pretty, too. Nice addition to the DDs 8] Congratulations.

It's nice to see images of black people on a Daily Deviation that isn't just impoverished children in "Africa"(because the name of the specific country apparently doesn't matter).

Human = Human | There is no difference but the colour of the skin .

I wish more people in the world believed that. : (
black brown and yellow people are still seen as sub-human to most powerful nations.

No - the Model is absolutly fine .
But I like it when you got a strange feeling by reading the title. That was my intention

is this just the name of the deviation or is this someone tha really died and giving tribute to?

Lung2005 In reply to PunkyJunky [2010-10-29 09:49:33 +0000 UTC]
No it's just the title but it should be also a tribute to all of them who were K.I.A.

I really love it, I adore the grungy feel to it.
I recently shot a concert with the 2.8 70-200mm, it's a great lens.

Lung2005 In reply to ILTBY [2010-10-29 09:51:07 +0000 UTC]
Yeah the 70-200 is also my standard lense on my 5D - it's a special look that only a 70-200 can create .

Thanks - the manip is not realy great. Just a bit of contrast enhanceing and the texture of an old photoplate

The way the outlying viewport is dirty does give the impression that he was or is being buried. That small bit is what helps me think "Killed in Combat" adds so many more layers of meaning than you can see upon first glance.
Let the viewer interpret. Simple. Effective. The skill of the photograph speaks for itself.
