Born in the early ages of sorcery to an Irish family, Andraste grew up learning about all sorts of magic. She had a close relationship with her parents, who died when she was just five years old. She was taken in by a Scottish family, who allowed her to keep her last name. Slowly, but surely, she grew close with this family as well.
As they helped her to develop her magical skills, they decided to take her to a ritual at stone henge...
Their group work went haywire, and their spell became uncontrollable. As the spell itself disappeared, the girl found herself in a completely different world... or actually the same world, just a couple hundred years into the future...
