Description
This is a gift for , for being my first watcher and pulling me back to DA/art . I might have gone months without working on art otherwise, and this, my most-polished work to date, would not exist. This started as a quick little gift sketch that I decided to refine further, and it kept snowballing from there as I continually re-drew/lined and detailed it over three weeks or so. I'm pretty satisfied with it despite its flaws, and learned some things along the way. I produced this with Krita instead of using GIMP, as usual, but either would have done the job. Krita's quirks lead me to shade in a slightly different style, which was interesting.

I think this was my first time really drawing flowers, and the lilies took a great deal of time to get to a decent state . All the practice eventually paid off when I finally re-drew the flower in her hair, which is probably my favorite detail in the whole piece.

Now I can finally rest for a bit , then get back to my todo list of art ideas.. (and unfinished pieces)
