Jaxx Jameson/Wolf Phantom Rider: Born from Planet Ziin, where werewolves roam the entire world, Jaxx is a fame of sci-fi and western fiction, especially with the bad guys are in the scene. After his planet was under attack by the Kraang and his people were captured, Jaxx became a bounty hunter alongside his friends to search for the Kraang for revenge and later was given the Wolf-X Visor to insert into his Laser-X Riser to become the Wolf Phantom Rider, the Loner of Planet Ziin.

Irma Allen/Bull Phantom Rider: Born from Planet Beroba, where humanoid bulls show strength and compassion, Iram Allen is raised by her Uncle Ken and Aunt Mona who showed her what true strength comes from hard-work and vengeance. After her planet was under attack by the Kraang who killed Irma's uncle and capture her people, including her aunt, Irma became a bounty hunter alongside her friends to search for the Kraang for revenge and later was given the Bull-X Visor to insert into her Laser-X Riser to become the Bull Phantom Rider, the Muscle of Planet Beroba.

Leon Reilly/Lion Phantom Rider: Born from Planet Kyuun, where hunters roam the world for survivor and sport, Leno Reilly is a scientist who invents special gadgets and weapons for the hunters and learns about the different species of Kyuun. After his planet was under attack by the Kraang and his people were taken which led to Leon to recovered the Laser-X Risers, he became a bounty hunter alongside his friends to search for the Kraang for revenge and was given the Lion-X Visor to insert into into his Laser-X Riser to become the Lion Phantom Rider, the Hunter of Planet Kyuun.

April Patilio/Frog Phantom Rider: Born from Planet Kekera, where humanoid A.I frogs who compassion for nature and technology, April Patilio is a shy student of Kekera Private School for female youngsters who loves nature and working on ideas for making nature better with technology. After her planet was under attack and her people were captured which led to April to hid in a pond, she became a bounty hunter alongside her friends to search for the Kraang for revenge and was given the Frog-X Visor to insert into her Laser-X Riser to become the Frog Phantom Rider, the Brains of Planet Kekera.
