It really isn't too hard. The biggest challenge is the size and how to ink things so small...  

Other than that, they are very fun to make! You should try it too~   
I also smuggled some of my brother's trading cards, that are the same size, for the outline XD

I've been thinking of doing this type of cards for art trades... They are pretty small and you can easily send them by post without being too expensive XD
