Haha. Raticate's not as junky as it may seem when you're a starting Trainer, but I would imagine Hyper Fang is only so useful. Bibarel... *ponders what it could be used for* Rat Stew. Or way, Bibarel's a beaver, isn't it? Beaver Jerky!

Raticate exists mainly to cripple my Pokemon when I'm just trying to level them up.
