EDIT: I got a name for it now!8D And I changed the "mask" part over its left eye to purple.

My entry for 's B.R.E.E.D. contest.

When I saw this contest I was inspired to do a Basilisk/Quetzalcoatl-like Pokemon. I was originally going to do Dodrio and Seviper and have some sort of winged hyrda thing. But to stick with the Aztec theme of Quetzalcoatl, I decided to use Xatu with Seviper instead.

I didn't want the color scheme to be so similar to Natu/Xatu but this was the one that looked the best.
