I won't lie to you. At first, I thought it was Nami from One Piece.
Actually, let me take a step back and ask you something, I'm fairly certain these characters are all conspicuously absent from your Request List. Did you deliberately do some girls you don't normally do to extend your horizons or summat?

I didn't explain that well at all I admit, but these requests were taken on a message board I go to. I don't care who the person asks for as long as it followed the rules of the sight.
