It does seem a little redundant to have them both in the same game. But I like all the Kirby sidekicks, so it's fun to see them either way!

and I thought it was redundant because of the powers, beetle does everything suples does + more, mas bugzzy's moveset is actually closer to the beetle power then suples lol, but I agree the more cute sidekicks the better -w-
as for favorites, those are the ones I drew I guess hah, I found myself alwyas trying to get Como, NESP and Bugzzy on my team -w-, but I also like Gim a lot, I should draw him too sometime!
If I had to chose only one I guess it will have to be NESP right now tho! I just love the design.
