Imagine such a situation. You've been dating a girl for the last 2 months... and over that time you've noticed she was acting... up. The girl seems unbelievably overprotective, and quite often at that. Once you've got a small cut, she was tending to you for half of the day. At times she was able to welcome you with accusation of being with one girl, other times she was able to throw in a few rather unpleasant words to someone over a stupid joke made your way. Most of the time though, she seemed to be loving and willing to be with you for hours even.

That way, you finally begin to have reasons to believe the girl is a yandere. Not extreme one, no. No threatening people with anything, in fact, she never went even near mentioning that. Her fits of anger are not diifficult to soothe... yet it is concerning as you sometimes catch her still staring at you while you sleep or getting worked up over you merely talking to another girl. You are pretty sure that while she's not able to kill anyone, she'd be very capable of actually attacking someone if she deemed them a direct threat to your life. A strange relationship, one would say, and some of your friends already advised you to just give up and break up with her.

Eventually, you decide to have a talk with her. A chat about the issue. You go for honest approach and express your concerns over her behaviour. The girl's face frowns as she listens, eventually she covers her face with her hands...

"I-it's just... I can't bear to live without you. I can't handle the thought that someone else would have you... I love you...! I'd die for you if I had to...! Each time you talk to a girl, my heart feels as if it was cut to pieces... the way they look at you, the way they... uh... uh... I-I don't want you to love someone else! I want you to myself... We should belong to each other, shouldn't we?"

As you begin explaining about different kinds of love, she shakes her head.

"F-family is a different thing... it's about those girls you..."

You do your best to reassure her you care about her and that you'd never love anyone else the way you love her... you explain again that you'd love her not to act all creepy on you though and to accept your friends in your life. The girl nods, shivering a little as she wraps her arms around you.

"I-I'll try... but it's so hard... it's a thought that never leaves my mind! "What if he likes her...?" and "Does he care about me...?" - I-I don't know why is that happening, I don't know... I... I wish I just could see your thoughts and... and... that'd calm me down... b-but I can't... uh... w-what am I talking about...?"

She falls silent, remaining in hug with you for a bit more. She rubs your back, her mind visibly struggling to push her worries out and finally leave them behind... She suddenly speaks.

"H-hey... i-if... if by any chance... I could look into your soul... a-and... see your feelings... see your thoughts... w-would you allow me to do it...?"

As you stare at her, confused, she blushes, but speaks with more confidence. She pulls out a golden pocket watch and puts it on the table.

"I... I can't hide I wanted to try... some hypnotism with you... b-but I couldn't bear the thought I'd just go ahead and use it.... plus, what'd you think of me...? B-but now, I just feel... i-it would h-help... it would h-help me finally be sure you love me... I know I sound horrible saying that, I know! W-what I also know though is that hypnotism w-would finally cure my worries... A-and I promise I would 100% work on myself from that point on... I'd move and split the doubts, having physical proof... of your love.... there's nothing more true than what your subconscious speaks..."

You stare at her in disbelief. The girl stops talking and lowers her head.

"I-I'm... I'm not going to force you to do it, love... It's just... it would help me calm down if I put you under... and heard your confession from the very depths of your soul... It'd give me some practice too..."

You ponder quietly. Was this relationship going to work out? If she needed hypnosis of it all to finally put full trust in your love... perhaps it was better to just give it up...? Or maybe you could teach her to trust you without you getting hypnotized just to qualm her nerves...? Or maybe... you should let her hypnotize you and believe that after that she will get better...? You look at her.

"I p-promise I won't mess with you, even if you say you don't love me... I won't make you love me... I won't... I only want to ask your subconscious... your soul... your very being... about love. A-and I promise I will no longer behave the way I did... anything you tell me to change, I will! A-and to that, I will make you feel great with hypnosis, if I manage to do it... a-and... you will remember EVERYTHING I did during it so you know I didn't put anything unwanted in..."

What are you going to do in such a situation...? What is your choice?:
1) You decide to straight up break up with her, for a relationship like that will not work out.
2) You refuse hypnosis session, but reassure her of your love and start trying to find a way to help her develop full trust towards you...
3) You let her hypnotize you, trusting she will truly be able to keep herself only to what she has promised you and believing it will help her finally put an end to her worries.

None of these options are "wrong", I'm just curious what you'd do!
