Guilliman wrote Codex Astartes with a room for updates and amendments in mind, never expecting his own descendants to go so head-in-ass about his work. Given his current disposition towards Ynnari Eldar in general and Yvraine in particular... I think this part of Codex is going to be updated pretty soon, so, no need to rush anything.

As to "why" I'll say this, look at her actions in Winter Assault and yes I'm saying this because Sturnn was my favorite character of the game.
Also because of the usual dickery that comes with being an Eldar; seriously the overbearing sense of superiority is REALLY grating.Β

In the Dark Crusades Campaign, if Taldeer wins then the narration states that after she left Kronus remained a ruined war-torn place for centuries to come and that she probably did it on purpose.Β

Having said that, Taldeer is not the most evilΒ UlthweΒ Farseer; that title goes toΒ Farseer Idranel, who tried to massacre the entire population of the Hiveworld Meridian.Β
