Description
I kinda wish this crossover actually did exist to be honest.I do lead a multi-fandom crossover though, with an entire chronology and set-up plot. Wanna check it out?

I do believe they would work greatly together within a crossover story, though ^^'

Hahaha, you want to hear something funny? I actually discovered this series in June. This June. XD
For the little story, it's just that I heard of the concept on TvTropes, and given that the concept was very similar to one of the metaphysics-plot points in my current project (TBPW, a 12-fandom story with 80% writing and 20% drawing), I obviously got curious: and, well, FHIF happens to be the 12th fandom in the list now! All thanks to the concept. And to Wilt, of course.
Anyway, nice to meet another fan! I was scared I came to discover the series too late :c

That's nuts.
So you found the show through Tv Tropes? That's kinda funny XD I like floating around TvTropes but I never really took a random piece of media and ran home with it...but after seeing this, maybe I will? I'm very glad you got to see it, it was definitely a nice gem of the cartoon network from the 2000s! Man, I can never join that many fandoms, but it looks like you're holding yourself up pretty well, so good for you oh man, Wilt was my favorite character when I was little, he still is. I can never be mad or hateful towards to guy. He's so kind and innocentΒ Β

Indeed it is. Good news though, I immediately shared it with txo of my friends. They also agree on Wilt but hey who wouldn't seriously.
I don't remember exactly how this happened, but to be entirely honest I think it was a show that I might have seen on TV when I was little, because the graphics looked vaguely familiar (only to the sense of dΓ©jΓ -vu, though). I didn't watch TV much when I was a kid though (aside from science shows that was :/), so it really was just some glimpses from time to time.
In any ways, all TvTropes had to tell me was that the show's concept is that humans can create actually tangible creatures/universes (cf World) based on their imagination... It was just such a beautiful coincidence, I just had to make research about it x)
To be entirely honest though, aside from the series premiere and the two telefilms, I was kinda "disappointed." Yet again it's from the 2000 so I wasn't that surprised, but I got used to shows like GF and fandoms with detectives and insane plots to uncover (reason why my own story is just an amalgam of all the unsolved questions and potential inconsistencies among all fandoms, in order to create one single and simme answer that links them all AND explains the stuff more-or-less logically), so falling on a sitcom like this one was some cultural shock too I suppose xD
I appreciated quite less the Flanderization of the characters through the episodes though. I'm still hesitating, but I think the FHIF characters portrayed in TBPW will have their traits from the pilot; maybe slightly altered so they have some traces of their behavior through the rest of the series, but not that much.
TBPW is 50% about mysteries (I planned to explain how the humans came to magically gain such ability all of a sudden, 'cause that definitely wasn't there since the start ) and 50% about psychology: there's a lot of characters, but I want each of them to sound human, alive, and credible. So even if I won't be turning everyone into walking Descartes, the Flanderization really bugged me x)
So yeah, about that crossover thing, it is indeed crazy xD The only reason I'm sure of my plot and all is because I've been working on its background for five years, so even with that many details, it gives you time to let it all sink in xD
