Background/Personality:
The only daughter of Princess Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Kingdom's powerful Wizard Starburst. She is similar to both her parents in the aspect that they are very intelligent and big studiers. You wouldn't be surprised to find the entire family sitting in the library reading and researching new things together. It's the number one thing they all have in common. Radiant loves sharing her knowledge with anypony she meets, something Empress Celestia stated her mother was like when she was young.

Radiant Spark keeps to herself mostly unless spoken to. She tends to keep answers short which makes ponies believe she is uninterested in conversation but the few that stick around learn she has a lot to say. She learned quite quickly to be cautious of those around her. Being Princess Twilight's and Wizard Starburst's only child, every pony wanted to get close for the benefits. As a princess, Radiant got into places for free and had all the attention of Ponyville on her, including some of the Crystal Kingdom's eye too.

She doesn't say it often, but she feels extremely lonely because of this. It's hard to get her to trust ponies, but once you're an ally of hers, she has sworn to protect you with her life, even if it costs her reputation. She's a very loving pony and Twilight believes it has to do something with her hanging around Ivory and Fluttershy often.

Relationships:
Princess Twilight Sparkle: Radiant Spark and her mother are close. Not as close as Starburst and her, but close. Twilight was often away from home due to headmare and princess duties so Radiant trailed after her father instead. When Twilight was around, she was always on top of her studies and always tried to love on Radiant in any way she could. Radiant understood from a young age that her mother is an important pony so she doesn't let it bother her...or at least she attempts not to let it bother her.
Wizard Starburst: Starburst and Radiant are alike in many ways, even the capes they both wear show this. They are often found walking through the Crystal Kingdom together, talking away. Radiant trusts her father 100% and knows he tends to shut himself in his study but as soon as she comes in, he drops everything to tend to her. She constantly reminds Starburst that she's glad to be his daughter.
Empress Luna: Radiant Spark and the moon empress happens to be extremely close for some reason. Twilight and Starburst hadn't understood it at first and to this day, still doesn't. Luna and Radiant didn't have much in common (or at least that is what ponies believed). Luna and Radiant both strangely had a love for horror things. They get together quite often to watch a few scary movies and are always together on Nightmare Night or at the Nightmare festivals.
Diamond Shine: Diamond Shine had surprised Radiant the first time he met her. They were attending Amethyst Gem's party when he appeared in front of her with a box. She thought it was Amethyst's present when he revealed it was actually a gift for her and not his sister. He confessed to having seen Starburst's cape and believed she should have one too because of how pretty her coat was. This caused Radiant to go through a phase where she thought she must've been allergic or dying whenever she saw him afterward. Took a while for her to be slightly okay in front of him, enough to let them have a friendly conversation at least.
Fluttershy: Fluttershy was a pegasus close to the princess when she was a small filly. Fluttershy was her caretaker when Twilight and Starburst needed their rest. After all, the princess was very tough to handle when she was an infant. For some odd reason, maybe because of her soothing voice, the pink pony could always get her to calm down and relax. She was sort of a second mother for Radiant. She sometimes attends her tea parties with Discord and Fluttershy.

Ivory: Fluttershy's foal, someone she's had beside her as if she was her younger sister. Being so close to her mother, Radiant was excited for Ivory to come into the picture. When she did, Radiant was there for every step in trying to teach her of the real world. She did have to learn about how even though she spat all this information at her the poor filly didn't understand a thing she was teaching her. She'd just laugh and clap her hooves because attention was given to her. Now that they're older, Ivory stated that if it weren't for Radiant, her love for medicine would've never been clear. They still see each other as an older sister and little sister.

Special:
- When Radiant went through her rebellious stage, she ran away from home, claiming she was going to leave to another city when in reality she ran to Aunt Fluttershy's cottage for three days.
- Radiant earned her cutie mark and no one knew about it for a long time because she'd wear her cape and it was always covered. She wanted to tell Twilight first but found out she was on Headmare duties and would tell her later, only to forget about it and not tell anypony for a whole year.
- She aspires to be a teacher at Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns
