EDIT: BETTER PICTURES!! [link]I spent four hours with permanent markers and rubbing alcohol and this is the end product: My Killjoy shoe and my Batman shoe
I'm quite proud of them, since normally I draw with pencil and erase more than I actually draw 
so this was really hard! I love the Danger Days shoe soo much!! 
for those of you who don't know the designs on that shoe are from the My Chemical Romance music videos "Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)" and "Sing" the spider is on the top of the band's car and the other two symbols are the bad guy. "Dead Pegasus" is what's on Gerard's (lead singer) jacket. The Bad symbol is self-expanitory 
I used the alcohol to make the water color effect on the Danger Days shoe and everything else is just Sharpie

Question what'd you need the rubbing alcohol for? I did the same thing (Killjoys and BL/ind)

I use it to blend the colors! it give the are a water color effect!

Did they wash away? or do you put soimthing on them??

the alcohol evaporates, while it's liquid, though, it's good for mixing the sharpie colors

you write on the black fabric and have the color show up so perfectly??

the x's were already there they were just white, so all i had to do was color over them with sharpie

i love these shoes so much, you did an amazing job.
i want to do the same thing to my converse, with the My Chemical Romance idea... but i'm afraid of spiders. XD i'm the kinda person who would forget about it, then be sitting in class one day and see it, then start flipping out and screaming, flinging my foot around, then stomping on it to kill the spider... then realize i probably just broke my own toes for absolutely no reason.
