Here are some animal character designs based on Siam (now called Thailand)! There are not many cartoons/ art related to this area of the world so I wanted to try challenging myself with this Southeast Asian theme and help give more recognition to it. I had to find inspiration mainly from old photos of Siam from the mid 1800's to early 1900's. It's a really interesting time period---where western culture integrates with Southeast Asian culture and it comes with unique architecture and clothing. Hope you enjoy!
