Nice renders, but let me give you a brick tip: for an arched top, there will be a different pattern of bricks.
It's one of the first "tells" I look for when I'm wondering if something is a photo or render.
The arch being structural, the bricks should be vertical or close to it, they redirect the wall's mass / load to either side of the window.
I may do pinup renders in my free time, but that's years of architecture school talking. lol

Not sure, just sitting here looking at it - In real life would the kitchen chairs and the sofa seat cushion be the same height.

Nice, it's always a bit hard to hide the "rendered feel" and you've done a good job.
There is just a thing that's bother me, the brick wall fell like it's wallpaper because of the white shape near the windows.
Is it because of the reflection or did you let it white?
But once again, this is really looking good!

yeah, there was some little issue with bump, but that shape needs to be white, because its painting. (if you mean the wall frames around the windows )
