Its been awhile since I've painted on feathers, I miss it. This weekend took a little commission on for a friend of the family that is getting married.Acrylics on real turkey tail feathers
Approximately 14" long, 8" span widthwise.

Very nice work on this one Dani, I like how vividly the colors turned out! The blues and grays are so rich, and they stand out against the feather as though it was a real canvas. How do you keep these feather paintings together, especially the barbs? This kind of painting must take a LOT of precision!
