Some Longhorn Retrobar themes with the Luna visual style. This is useful if you want to make your PC look like it's using the Luna theme from Windows XP, but you want to make it look like you're on some pre-reset Longhorn build.
I just changed some variables and values in the existing default Windows XP and Classic themes so that it uses Windows Longhorn's iconic white flag icon.

Retrobar is a useful open source program if you want to give your computer more of a 1990s-2000s look by replicating the taskbar from Windows versions from that era, such as 95, 98, 2000 and ME, XP and Vista... Or in this case, Longhorn (which was Vista's name at the time until 2005).
