The parts without the dubstep are where he looks like himself as a scientist while the moments with the dubstep are where you can see his SIGMA persona appear.
Actually, there is a SINGLE frame of him smiling in the trailer. It's hard to catch, but it's a subtle yet eerie smile considering the state he was in, he shouldn't be capable of moving his facial muscles.Β
