Good on you for drawing an action pose, they are evil to draw that's why I usually draw them just standing about (I definitely need more practice with drawing them XD) Arcee is a cool character, you really drew her well here.

Using a action line helps a LOT, believe me. If you ever see my sketches I bet you'd freak out. They are a mess of help lines. xD

My base sketches are pretty hairy sometimes, it isn't until I transfer them to digital that they become refined. Very very hairy XD

I'm a perfectionist at heart, but I tend to stuff up a lot with some of my traditional pieces, I make many mistakes but I just go over them and pretend that mistake was meant to be there. Most of the time it works and I think I'm the only one who notices it. If I stuff up and others do see it I don't mind having a laugh about it, they're all stepping stones to attaining a better skill level. I'm so Hypercritical about my own drawings it's not funny, especially when It comes to drawing for others, I want them to get the best, but I'm not so picky about how my drawings look if it's just for myself. Other thumbnails or base sketches I draw tend to look like a lightning sketch of a dog fight, I show them to my family and they can't really make it out but I know exactly what everything is and how it will look when it's finished XD

Ehhh sometimes I find myself reaching for the eraser but not often. Usually it's just to rub away all the pencil lines after I've inked in a picture.
