Description
Born in Hisui's Coronet Highlands and revived from a fossil in the modern day, Shockyzap is a Shinx who comes the Sinnoh Region, he's rebel and loves his poofy diapers. He thinks he's "cooler than the other Pokemon", despite being in diapers. However, he's got a reason. He was blessed with hyper activity and prefers wearing diapers. Shockyzap was revived from a fossil in the present day, only to realize he's orphaned, but, he soon became interested in diapers. In fact, no trainer has had the time or patience to raise him simply due to his starting moves all being status moves. He was once even considered to be a starter Pokemon by Professor Rowan, but, the amount of trainers to turn him down was staggering. In fact, this Shinx seems to be from ancient Sinnoh. The Shinx was discovered fossilized and seems to be connected to the same time frame the ancient trainers filled in the first Sinnoh Pokedex. A Shinx revived from a fossil that was underground for thousands of years, finding an interest in diapers. He seems to be unable to evolve into a Luxio or Luxray due to his fossilization many years ago. Recently, Shockyzap was placed in the care of LuxrayBlast. Upon checking the Shinx's moves, LuxrayBlast saw mostly status moves. Shockyzap took a huge liking to LuxrayBlast immediately. He seems to really dislike Suizuki and the other Koritsus, to the point of slapping mud into Matthew's little face to "protect" LuxrayBlast. Shockyzap is proud of his power and protective of LuxrayBlast. LuxrayBlast can't have any time with Matthew because Shockyzap will do anything to strain LuxrayBlast's relationship with Matthew. Not realizing he's actually hurting his new family and wanting LuxrayBlast to himself. He's even taken it upon himself to personally change LuxrayBlast's diapers to hurt Suizuki's feelings. LuxrayBlast tries to discipline Shockyzap, only to be shrugged off and told that Shockyzap doesn't want to feel "abandoned" and "will protect" Papa. However, he has no respect for Spear bullying Lerky. His reason for acting like this is due to how long ago he was born and died, so he never had a proper trainer. He's seemingly covered in a bunch of rumble from his resurrection. His claws remain in all formes.

Note: Yes, this is sort of an allusion to Pokemon Legends Arceus and the fact that some Pokemon that die, become fossils over several hundred to thousands of years. However, there's never been any discovery of a Fossilized Shinx, we do know that fossils of all kinds of Pokemon exist as in Episode 107 of the Pokemon Diamond & Pearl Anime, Ancient Family Matters, we see a Fossilized Sunkern, which Gym Leader Roark of Oreburgh City dug up when he was a child, which Byron has kept with him to commemorate Roark digging up his first fossil. While we have never SEEN a Fossilized Shinx, we do know that fossils of other Pokemon exist. In the Nacrene Museum, we also see skeletons of Dragonite and Armaldo, which are fossilized bones of Pokemon. If I had to guess the fossil Shinx would be revived from, it would be a tail star fossil or collar fossil.
