It's definitely a fair assessment! Konan has marked introverted and intuitive tendencies, and given how she makes her decisions based on her love and loyalty for Pain, I'd peg her as a feeling type. She commits to her decisions wholeheartedly, too, so I can also see her tending towards judging instead of perceiving.
