All the grabby pincer claws give her a vaguely scorpion feel to me. An interesting choice for a spider girl.
I'm a big fan of the mandible claws things coming out of her mouth. An extra spooky hidden surprise. It could also help give a wider range of expressions (though I've seen she's got a great and vast array of expressions already).
I like the downward turn her claws seem to have in their natural resting position. They look like a bunch of serrated scythes that way. Fan of the thin arms as well. Seems like she is built for quick, dangerous and unpredictable motions.
I really like the character design. Cordie stands out and is easily recognizable. She's pretty cute too.
