The idea of it is super cute! Your style is definitely unique, but there’s a few issues that can be easily fixed.
His ears missing (unless he’s Pablo Picasso as well as a medic, then sure. Haha)
The body seems a little stiff, and doesn’t quite seem flexible. Instead of such a square-ish shape, make it more like you’re looking at the side of a pipe. Does that make sense?
He doesn’t seem to have much dimension, evident with his right arm since it seems to connect to the body oddly. That shoulder joint would be just a little closer to the head, with a bit more of the body showing up behind the connection between the body and the arm.
This last one is optional, but perhaps add more folds in the clothing? Especially where I mentioned the pipe idea, since the clothes would kind of scrunch together on one end and stretch on the other. But then again, this could be a stylistic choice.
I’d also like to say you’ve made great choices in color and your line art is very clean! Keep it up and I hope these little suggestions help!!

Oh! And as for the posing bit with the body there, I’ve got a small tutorial that might be able to help you out! zizzlearts.deviantart.com/art/…

Tysm for taking your time in this comment! I'll try to apply those details in my next drawing (and about the ears, welp, I just never draw them ">_>). Believe me, I've tried several times to draw kinda "realistic" TF2 characters but for me it's impossible, so for now I'll have to stick with this cartoonish style until I get a tablet, haha (drawing with mouse is hell), so that's why it's so smol and square and not bloody xd. And about the color choice, it's the first time I use a palette lol.
Also, thanks for showing me the tutoriel, it's gonna be really useful
PS: You gained a new watcher 9w9

No problem! So glad I could help! Characters don’t have to be realistic to follow anatomy rules though! :/ but I completely understand that drawing with a mouse is complicated... Perhaps if you haven’t already ordered a tablet, take a look at Wacom’s older models! (Intuos Draw, Intuos Sketch, and so on) You can find a great deal on those tablets, and they’ve still got amazing quality! In fact, my first tablet was the Wacom Bamboo 2008 model! It still works fairly well today!
I’m glad the tutorial will be of some use to you!
And thanks so much!! I really appreciate that you’ve added me to your watch list! I hope you enjoy my future work!
