Description
This is my version of Hugo Strange in Chris Nolan's Batman universe, played by Anthony Hopkins.-Hugo Strange is the head doctor at the newly re-build Arkham Asylum. He took over for Dr. Crane after his mental breakdown. Its rumored that he does strange experiments with some of his patients in the basement of the asylum. Its rumored that the experiments have something to do with the large number of Batman impersonators that have been showing up around Gotham City.
