Description
This is my version of The Penguin in Chris Nolan's Batman Universe, played by Bob Hoskins.-Oswald Cobblepot's origin is about the same as in the comics. He took over Gotham City's underworld after The Joker and Two Face killed the rest of the crime bosses. He united all the crime families together to work under him, makeing him a kingpin of crime in Gotham.
