Description
This is my entry for the "Second Brigade Contest" that Galder is having. The characters belong to him. I chose to draw Senna and her dog from the picture "Centaur Charge" and Lady Morgan Azgard from "Sunguard Commander". I hope I got their look right.

The story :

As a squad of Brigade members led by the centaur "Senna" (accompanied by her dog) was approaching the border into the Ghostlands, they saw a lone Sunguard solider. Senna knew that something was wrong, because they were supposed to meet a Sunguard squad and capture a suspected "Dire Fang" spy.

The solider told Senna that his squad recieved word of a approaching attack by undead remnants on Suncrown Village and went ahead to cut them off and that his Commander "Lady Morgan" ordered him to stay and inform them. Senna ordered her squad to advance quickly in case the Sunguard needed help.

When Senna's squad reached the battleground the Sunguard squad was in trouble and severly outnumbered. She ordered her soliders to help the Sunguard and protect the wounded. Her and her soliders quickly inserted themselves into the battle and gained the advantage.

Senna and her dog raced forward to find the Commander and when they did she was outnumbered 15 to 1. Senna cut a way for her to Commander Azgard's side.

When the enemies made their move, both Commanders readied themselves. As they continued their fight they noticed that without even trying they were reading each others movements and covering each others weak spots seamlessly. Which surprised them, because they had never met before.

Once the battle had ended, Senna realized she couldn't find her dog. When she and Lady Morgan were about to go looking, they heard a loud scream. The 2 raced to where it came from and found 3 more remnants dead and a Worgen who was being pinned down by Sennas dog. The 2 Commanders looked at each other and started laughing. Because while their squads dealt with the undead remnants the dog had found and captured their target on his own.

After the mission was complete,the 2 of them decided to go out for drinks. When they did both Senna and Lady Morgan realized that they get along outside of battle as well as they do in battle.

This was not only the celebration of a completed mission, but of a discovered friendship as well.
