Submition required questions:

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
The prompt was pretty clear to understand and including some examples of what you meant by "caution robotics" was very helpful. Some more ideas of what colours you like or dislike would have been nice, but that may just be a personal preference.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
You asked for a physical/psychological horror with 6 arms and 5 eyes and I think this creature qualifies. I mostly used the goblin shark you prefered and added more dragon to it with it's limbs and build. The nightclub and carnival themes were harder to think of to add,but my friends came up with the disco ball necklace and the lighted wires. I added some of the red, white and black you wanted. Tho most of it's colours came from a goblin shark. I kept it aquatic based with webbed claws and fins, but fixed it to where it's just as fast and dangerous on land. And thanks to robotics and the caution robotics there's warnings about if it's being aggresive and a way to subdue it. which due to it's violent nature is a good thing.

I hope I interpreted your prompt in a way you were thinking about. You can change things about it if you want, just don't make it unrecognizable. You can't sell the design for any kind of currancy, but trading, gifting and for art is fine.
