ITS THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!or well, sorta. I guess its just....yearly CF ref. I kinda just started it to make a header for my journal but it ended up being a better ref huuurrrr
ANYWAY I thought I'd clear up the markings thing since I'm not sure how...clear it was before hahaha
He didn't change much, mainly his hair...and now he has a halo! Yey. And uh, well the style I draw him in is always really inconsistant, I'm sorry about that :I

well this design seems kinda slapped together and the palette is really abrasive and why are his wings and tongue the same color? has he been eating his wings? why are his wings that awful color? why does it have like... a human haircut? why does it have blonde hair when the rest of its body is covered in pink or cream colored hair?
