Miseries of Sarx the SilcoonEpisode 03: Pachirisu and Emolga are Too Hyper; Porygon-Z Trolls Sarx or Sarx has Acute, the Weird City Friend
--------------------------------
Apparently Arceus hates me with a passion. Well, maybe not *hate*, but Arceus certainly isn't doing me *any* favors right now. Now that A should. It's been a little less than three weeks since Roth got sent flying, but recently my life got…well, not *worse*, but filled with annoyances, really.
To explain: you know those neighbors that drive you crazy or even have some? The ones that you want to evict from their house, not because they're evil or horrible people, but because they can't leave you alone, always invite you to dinner, give you fruitcake even though *everybody* hates it? The ones that borrow some tool or other from you but fail to return it when you asked for it to be returned or when you *need* it back, that kind of neighbor?
Well, it just so happens that I have neighbors like that, their species? Pachirisu and Emonga, which are, In other words, squirrel Pokemon. A small family of both species "migrated" from another forest from the west, and they annoy me just like I said. Another problem is that once they start speaking with someone, *anyone*, they can't stop talking, even with each other.
The worst part is that *all of them* are Anthro. This wouldn't actually bother me if they were mostly guys. Is that sexist of me? To not mind using Whirlwind on them if they were guys, but withhold since they're mostly girls? Maybe; I don't really worry about it.
See, I *can* be rather patient with those that annoy me. I don't overreact if they annoy me, at first. I just Endure it…despite not knowing that move. Sadly, it's been a week since they moved in "next door".
There are two Emonga, boyfriend and girlfriend, and five Pachirisu: the father, mother, brother, and twin sisters. Normally my hormonal reaction would be "Ooh, cute and sexy twin girls, nice", but that's definitely not how I feel about them. Just 'cause they're cute and sexy, doesn't mean I can stand how *annoying* they are.
Thankfully, the Emonga couple and the parents are not *nearly* as bad as their kids. I'm kind of surprised, really, but it was a pleasant surprise.
-----------------------------------
So I've told you about my new neighbors, but I haven't really told you about some of my friends. Actually, most of my neighbors in our mutual forest homeland would say I'm their friend, and I'd agree, so I kind of *did* tell you about most of my friends.
But let me tell you about one of my friends who is…odd. Porygon-Z are an interesting species of Pokemon, if you didn't already know or guess that, but I have one as one of my closest friends outside of my home, so I know this statement to be true.
Her name is Acute. Just Acute, no if's, and's, or but's. She's been my friend since my first time going to a city, and we've remained close friends since then. When I first met her, she had been a Porygon-2, already Evolved out of the blocky and pixel-based Porygon form. We just started talking; she asked me where and how I grew up, I asked her the same question, and it went from there.
It wasn't some "meeting set by Fate" or anything like that, really. Acute is the kind of girl that likes making friends, but…since her Evolution into a Porygon-Z…she's lost quite a few of her friends. Porygon-Z have a rough time, since they are human-made but also "error" given form. After the Change, Acute wasn't the same at all, either. Not only had she gone through Evolving into a Porygon-Z, she now had to deal with being humanoid and dealing with more human emotions.
Thankfully, she had some friends stick around, like me. I think she's gotten over the trauma a little bit, but I can't really convey how worried I am about her sometimes. Which is why, now, I'm headed off to visit her. Now I'm just hoping she doesn't talk in Leet-speak the whole time, though. Oh Arceus…but I love her.

I thought it was spelled "Emolga". Sorry but correcting grammar errors is just something I do.
