Have you heard of TheHungerGamesOCT group? They do an artistic sort Hunger Games, and it looks REALLY fun. I found them halfway through their current games, but they have a new round beginning this fall! The apps start in October, so this may be premature... But I really wanted to get started on a character! (Since I'm kind of slow at designing them.)Her name is Marie (surname to be determined), and she'll hopefully be from 12 or another non-career district. She's 17, but a bit small. I'm still working on her personality and backstory, so I'll probably save that for the app.
What do you think of her design so far?

Thanks! I am in love with her hair too. I've always loved those shorter, choppy cuts (especially with dark hair), and they look cute in braids too! I'm trying to make it so that, realistically, she could be her actual age (17), but that she also comes across as younger and less of a "threat".
