The obsessive cat himself, Ashfur! I love this guy as a villain, but if he was real I would HATE him with all of my passion. In his older days as a villain, he was kinda eh, but still dealt some good damage, assisting in the murder of one of his leader's lives, and attempted murder on three cats, just bc he got rejected. It's pretty intimidating to see the lengths he goes to at this point, but then he comes back in TBC, and the game changes. He goes from an iconic villain, to a massive threat. Being honest, I haven't finished TBC yet, I'm on the last book and wanted to finish it before designing and talking about him, but I have no real motivation to read rn and I don't want that cause to hold back this designing series, so I'm going off of what I've read, and what I've heard about the parts I have not read myself yet. He's actually intimidating and scary now, not just a meme anymore. I've heard from some people that his prologue in The Light in The Mist is scarily close to how obsessive abusers irl can act, and that just adds to the horrifying factor of this guy, which really puts you in the shoes of Squirrelflight and the fear she must've felt when he kidnapped her. I would use this as an excuse to start talking about Bramblestar, but imma leave everything I have to say about him in his reference sheet. TLDR : Ashfur scary now, good villain!
For his design, I heavily referenced King Skyless' Ashfur design in their video on The Light in The Mist, ever since I saw the shot they drew of Ashfur staring into your soul, I haven't stopped imagining him looking like that. So I used that to make his face shape, and used darker, blue tinted versions of Brindleface's colours. I also made his eyes different, kinda to show how his obsession has lead to him not only acting terrifying, but also looking it!
