Here's the pan man with an ace plan himself, Dexter.

As seen, he is a pure-blooded Horned Owl, and comes from a high status. He was in a family of high business, that worked closely with their friends in power of royalty. However, due to something he isn't too keen to explain, he left, with his family disowning him.
He then hid among mixed-bloods, using masks and such to seem like he isn't pure-blooded. Through this, he meets Alaster, who helps him out of a minor situation. He then aims to be bffs with him, much to Alaster's dismay at first. They two do eventually become friends, and Dexter is the one to share insight into how corrupt the government is, as well as his personal experiences in his family. When Alaster and Anna (Alaster's childhood friend) start to make a plan to expose the royalty, Dexter is afraid to encounter his family again, but agrees that they must be stopped.

As you can probably tell by his face, his main base is Stolas from HB. In his first draft, he looked even more like him, before I made the choice to change him from a barn owl to a horned owl. I wanted him to be feminine and very-friendly looking, which explains his clothes change in his alternate form.
In pure-bloods, alternate forms are more of a single design rather than a mix. With Alaster, his alt is very chaotic and messy, while Dexter's is more graceful. Their clothing also changes, although how that happens is unknown.
