The patrol guy who would be very political irl, Thornclaw! I like the idea of Thornclaw being this guy that refuses to retire and continuously goes out of patrol everyday, but Thornclaw in canon isn't really that likeable imo. He's way too antagonistic and snarky, and doesn't really have any fun or interesting qualities to redeem that. His relationship with Blossomfall is also quite uncomfortable. Yes, Blossomfall is an adult when they get together, so that part is fine, but the age gap is pretty big, to the point where he is probably around a year, maybe less, younger than her father! It's very strange, but it is two consenting adults so it isn't as bad as some other relationships in this series...
For his design, I wanted him to be a mini version of Lionheart, so a dulled his father's fur colours a bit, and made him more blocky and muscle-y. I also gave him Frostfur's blue eyes, and I imagine that when he was younger, he was ironically the closest to his mother!
