Just hammering out a few ideas for what kinds of Heartless some of the Organization members would have; as my brain was wandering during class yesterday and I had a tablet handy. First would be Axel, as a salamander Heartless. (If not that, he would be a Fat Bandit, I say.) Second would be for Luxord: in Teg and I's personal headcanon, Luxord's other is a chimneysweep from Mary Poppins' world...thus, Luxord is a fireplace/furnace-type Heartless.
These are just rough and unfinished sketches, sooo they go in scraps.

Hmmm... looking at the furnace makes it looks like a Heartless Boss on Chowder's world, on the kitchen.

These are sweet though.. They should have a Mary Poppins world, but knowing kingdom hearts, It'd just be the chalk drawing world :-/ and mostly mini-games like horse racing and dancing with the DDR mat a little bit like the Pooh world....
I'd imagine Luxord's heartless being some sort of elaborately decorated with evil dark tendrils of doom Grandfather Clock....

Wow, I like your heartless designs! I've had ideas for heartless of the organization members too. I guess I should make some heartless too. But I am more of a keyblade designer myself... They are really deep in my gallery if you want to see...

I like both of them, but the black one looks tough to fight for some reason and it looks scary.

Xaldin...probably would be something like a hawk/birdy or something...
Vexen...uhhh....something like the Ice Titan in Hercules...
Lex...a mammoth thing. i don't know. I just think he'd make a good mammoth
