[I'm trying to keep this a bit spoiler-free, I guess? Sounds cryptic though.]
Since I've seen the True Ending of Undertale, I thought the statue in Waterfall kinda reminds of the Secret Third Goat.
I mean, the statue is placed at the only part in the Underground with actual sunlight that is accessible for everyone.
It could be a memorial for the monsters that died in the war, but it could also be one for the Goat (since he had been to the surface).
And the song plays later on when the Secret Third Goat appears.
So - what if Flowey thinks the same?
He can't let the opportunity slide to not mock the Secret Third Goat.
But now FATEFRISK mocks back!
Though unintentional - they didn't even know Flowey was around...
call that badass mocking!
Actually two pages in one, I guess? So long solution was the one I chose.
Wowiez, drawing all these expressions had been fun to do
will perhaps (most likely) do some Underfell (since I love Frisk and Flowey's relationship there
)and perhaps a man that speaks in hands might come to visit my pencil. Who knows (since holidays are over, I won't get to do as much as last month...)

so I was playing World of Warcraft, leveling characters, and this was back when I was a newbie. so I saw that death knights started at lv55 and had blue glowy eyes and I was like, "they seem cool." so I tried to create one.
and you know about the hard part about creating new characters in a video game, right? the name. So I used the random name generator and added, removed, or switched around letters to make a cool-sounding name. but then I found I needed a lv55 character already to create a death knight... so I leveled a character to lv55, and a few months later, created my death knight... I couldn't fully remember the name I picked out at first, so I tried to remember it as best as I can... and there was Lezzine! I leveled Lezzine to lv cap, which at the time was lv90. and so, I just chose that one character to represent me when I'm playing WoW, and so then... well... she spread to other games. and eventually became my character that I use in games and such.
