And thus, she is finally complete
There are probably more I could do to fix 'er up, but for now she's good on her own. Now all that're left are the tail, claws (which are being a pain), the bodysuit, and getting more foam. Then all the intense work starts! WOO!

What Kind of Foam is that? Wait. Can you give me tips on how to make things like this?

For the most part. However, inside the jaw there is a ring of thick, flat plastic and a thick metal wire to help with support and durability.

Hey for the eye holes do you use the Garchomps actual eyes to see through? And if so how well is your vision through them?

I can use Garchomp's eyes to see through (the black part), but it doesn't provide amazing vision. The main vision is seen through the mouth, but yes I can still see through the eyes themselves

Ah ok. XD I was wondering because I'm using a similar method and wanted to know if I should leave the base XD I imagine it's kind of flexible so it's pretty easy to get your head inside? The one thing I'm worried about is getting my stuff on and off XD

When you put the foam on top, did you take the mesh out? I don't imagine that would be very comfortable... XD (Sorry I'm such a noob)
yeah... It's going to be a big project. XD I was going to try and do this method but I wanted something smoother. I'm making the design kind of like a knight XD Hopefully for MegaCon next year.

No, the mesh remains as a sturdy base. It's actually not uncomfortable at all, especially if you add some foam padding inside. And all these questions are fine, haha

I'm sure you've stated this somewhere before, but what did you use to make this? I'm guessing some sort of foam product on the outside but I see some type of webbing on the inside.

It's perfectly okay. I built the head off of a plastic mesh. Some of this was reinforced with wire and thick pieces of plastic for durability, however (like the mouth and bottom of the chin.) Then I glued high-density foam on top and carved out any areas that needed to be defined
