I'm sure I'm far from being the only person who gets crap from people for thinking for myself. Apparently, the rules of discussing any subject are as follows:-If you speak the truth about something, you're hateful, and clearly just being "mean."
-If you bring your own thoughts or feelings into it, you're childish, and clearly too stupid to understand the subject.
-If you say something, anything, that someone doesn't agree with or refuses to accept, even if you say it nicely, you're a rude, vicious jerk who's looking to tear everyone's hearts out.
-If you say or do anything, ever, in any way, you're butthurt.
Well, if that's who I am, so be it. I'd rather have a mind of my own and use it than to be an ignorant, self-righteous jackass.

In elementary school, I and some of my friends were bullied for speaking our mind, the bullies saying stuff like 'we have no right to talk' or 'you just care about yourself more than others'. Oh sorry, I didn't realize it was wrong to HAVE MY OWN FREAKING OPINION, and to SPEAK MY MIND.
These are reasons that I'm slowly losing faith in humanity.

That might be a tall order. People don't think before they type or speak anymore and they only base their decisions on rash impulses and start white knighting or getting pissy for no reason.....so stupid....-_-

Yeah. It doesn't help that there's this huge boom of parents who never control or discipline their kids, because doing so would be "abusive". Then said kids grow up to be rude, disrespectful people who have very poor social skills because no one ever taught them how to (or how NOT to) properly interact with other human beings. We also end up with a bunch of kids on these sites who aren't even old enough to be on them, and who are not mature enough to handle the things that go on here.
