hey did you know that the line that Connects Spirit's Shoulder to his legs is Missing and when i try to fix it, it colors half of Rain and Half of the Blank background and half of spirit all at once time

Oh no! I didn't, sorry about that. Just draw the missing line on Spirit.
The reason it is coloring Rain is most probably because the line by her rump isn't connected to anything, just crop the canvas around it.
