heavily inspired by plague doctors and the like, he is a doctor himself, knows a bi of healing magic too, and tends to be a gentle and shy creature unless cornered or threatened, I mean, he has fags, claws and wings for a reason, man xD
his little pet is a Black Plague germ, but worry not, Plaguie will not get you sick if you touch him, so it's free to pet his cute fuzzy-ness ~
