WIP3 Reese with A spoonOk so itβs not quite finished, I am having problems with the hair, so I thought I would post it and come back to it later.
If anyone has any suggestions to help me finish the hair it would be very appreciated
A3 Bristol board smooth
2b Mechanical pencil
4b Mars graphite
Putty rubber
Typing eraser
Tissue and stumps for blending.

Ahh yea i know the feeling with the mental blocks! Probably a good idea to come back to it, it hard when you have a poor reference too!

Hahaha! I think hair is the hardest think to keep concentrating on!
ahh not yet, i am going to save up a bit of money and try and get a cool frame done!

If I were you I'd use the slightly harder 2b to create individual strands and then smooth them over with the blending stumps...
But I'm by no means an expert!^^'

taking a break is a good idea, you dont want to mess it up in your frustration.
thats kinda my problem with drawing, im forever taking breaks.

Some times i have even come back to one which had mistkes but after a few days away i cant see the mistakes anymore

Hey! looks very good already! about the hair.. i would be great to see some single hair that way the strands wouldn't look so seperated. I usually cut a piece from an eraser and use the sharp edges to erase single hairs
anyhow, I love how you did the shading and everthing! Totally looks like her! good luck with the hair!
