The new villain of Hawk Moth is called the "Aunt" a 60-year-old woman with clothes from 1960, when she or one of the infested ones kisses the cheek of one of the women or girls, they transform into fat versions of 60 years of herself and her clothes are transformed into versions of the aunt only with different colors.
Unfortunately, all the ones who became Aunts start acting like Aunt and no longer remember who they once were.
All the women in Paris have become Aunts, even our hero Ladybug. Could Ladybug defeat Aunt, destroy her akuma and return everything to normal?

If you're worried about the underage thing,Β they can postpone romance untill he's an adult. he's fairly close to adulthood. In about 4 short years he'll be an adult. True love can wait a few years. Everything can be strictly above board. Maybe he can get her a job as a secretary for his family so he can keep her in his life and give her some way to adapt to her new lifestyle. She can still becomea fashion designer.
But he doesn't strike me as the type who would abandon her if she got injured, lost a limb or got disfigured. So whats a few decades?

Maybe Marinette's love for Adrien can override her Aunt instincts and still allow her to have romantic feelings for him and him alone. She might still have SOME Aunt mannerisms towards him behaviour wise. But she still loves him too the way he does her.
An 18 year old dating a 60 year old IS admittedly weird. But it's still perfectly legal. And she would be mature enough to keep her hands off him for just 4 years. And her working as a caretaker for Adrian for four years would give her enough time to ingratiate herself with the family so when the relationship starts back up, it's not so much as a shock. "This is very odd, but Marinette has proven herself to be a good woman."
I would prefer her relationship with him not be ended.

The way I see it, people can age characters the way they want. What truly matters in these cases includes how the potential ships change, among other things.
There is a relationship tag on AO3 with Marinette and Jagged Stone, and it's good.Β
Why? Because it's only BroTP/Uncle Jagged fics there; no Jaggette or whatever to be found (thank your deity of choice)!
Ultimately, if you ask me, age-different relations are fine; just not on romantic or sexual terms. Friendships are fine, teammates are fine... dating/married/heckbuddies/et cetera? NO!
