"The unseen friend’s hand is now tipping up the underside of the milkshake to a much steeper angle, forcing Nala to drink much faster. The milkshake’s volume has drastically decreased from Part 2, now only about 1/3 or 1/4 full. Nala’s expression has changed, her eyes scrunched tightly in discomfort/pain as she’s forced to chug down the entire milkshake at once. Nala’s belly has changed a little as well, the added volume of the large milkshake bloating her belly a size larger, subtly bigger than she was in Parts 1 and 2. Her shirt rolls up a bit higher as her stomach grows, exposing a few more extra inches of bare belly in comparison to Parts 1 and 2.
Her friend orders her to: “Drink it aallll~”
To which Nala can only reply with a muffled: “Mmmph!”"
