"The milkshake glass is now empty, held away from Nala by her unseen friend’s hand. Nala’s expression has changed again, her eyes barely open and cross-eyed, looking as though she’s about to pass out. Her belly has grown another size larger now that she has finished her milkshake, now more noticeably bigger than she was in Parts 1 and 2, and subtly bigger than she was in Part 3. Her shirt has now completely rolled to the top of her tummy, exposing the majority of her bare belly.
Her unseen friend congratulates Nala: “There you go. Now just four more and you’ll be done~”
To which Nala only replies with a small burp: “-urp-” "
