Stellaluna stayed away from any contact she could with others for most of her life...so she never got this treatment. A white vulpix...how could anyone see that as anything but a fluke?
I don't think many in Tao feel this way though; maybe that's why so many shinies have come here.

In Tao Village there's a mixture of species of all kinds and colors, then there's not this kind of prejudice here.
In Scarlet's town, people had a limited mind, so the different wasn't accepted.
