aegis, ever since he'd crawled from the crystal cave, had heard of the magical talents that kitter's apparently had. nothing too concrete, though he blames this on the face that he didn't stick around others too long to hear any real details. he sighed, the idea had occurred that if he wanted information that'd he would obviously have to seek it himself. which is why he found himself outside of the library, pacing side to side. normally the closest thing he ever got to a real crowd of people was around the fountain and the meepery, and he avoided both of those places whenever he could.

he shook his head and attempted to steel himself as well as he could and trudged into the library. he let out a tiny 'eep' as he saw the amount of others about and quickly moved to the wall and just followed it around. no way was he going to ask anyone for help, besides he could do this himself... couldn't he? he stopped with a sigh, looking to his feet and mulling his situation over. not only had he put himself in a loud situation, any noise over a whisper would nearly make him jump, but he didn't even know where to begin looking to find what he needed. he shook his head, refusing to let the tiny tears that had formed move down his face, and moved along. he read the titles as he pasted each book, taking a few lingering moments to look at anyone that seemed like it would be important.

by the end, he'd gathered two books he thought might teach him what he wanted to know. he quietly shuffled to the counter and 'rented' the books with a quick thank you, and as quickly as he could, left heading back home.

i just wished i didn't have the compulsion to draw every book individually .m.
oh well,
