Description
This photo was shot from a plane. I was lucky to have just the right weather outside. The only thing I had to use GIMP for was the cropping. Everything else was done by using the camera and being lucky with the weather.Related content

Thanks
And yep There was definitely a lot of luck involved as even the position of the plane was perfect for me to take the photo ^^

This is a really cool shot and it is great quality for coming out of a plane. I love the sunlight peeking from the clouds

Thank you It was fascinating to watch it in real life, so I just got the camera out as fast as possible and took the photo before I had to put the camera away

Thanks Just crank the window down or open a door and you get great shots
Uhmm.. I mean focus your camera on the background, not the window and hold it as close to the window as possible. And try to find the part of the window with the fewest scratches ^^ Even though I sat in business class, there were a lot of scratches on the window...

AHAHAHAHAHA when I first read this I was thinking...ofc why didnt I just open the...ow wait..plane rifght lol. ya the Windows are always very scratched on the planes...I wonder how they get that way.
Anyway thanks for the help, wish I knew this before, When I was on a flight I saw a series of Rainbows inbetween clouds, when we were up high..seeing rainbows from that angle was cool, I tried to take the shot but when I went to develop the film came out all blurry such a shame!!!

That's where a digital camera really comes in handy I took a few shots while we were still above the clouds, just for the sake of it. That made it a lot easier to set everything up properly and to take the photo before the stewardess came by

Thanks It's a font I designed from scratch specifically for that logo. That means it is definitely not complete
Using WhatTheFont , I found two fonts that are somewhat similar: EB Bellissimo Display Bold and Giro Light . I might complete and release my font if there is enough demand, but currently it was mainly meant to be used for my logo

I'm thinking about it
Since I currently don't have enough spare time to finish the font, I might make a kickstarter project out of it to justify pushing it in front of other projects... Though I'm not sure, what I should put up as incentives... And I don't have any name for it...
If I release the font, I will definitely make it at least creative commons share-alike or something less restrictive
