ahahahahha when i first saw it,..i then saw an interview with one of the dubbing ppl and they said christian bale was also doing batman and then it clicked..and i was like..OMG ITS CHRISTIAN BALES UBER SMEXY VOICE!!!! lmao!! and and i agve the film to meine friend for her bday cos she never saw it before..and i told her his voice is the bomb..and she thought...he was using his same batman voice so before she saw it..she just thought i was weird..lmao!! but she did agree then!!

Definately! Oh god!My favourite part is comparing where he says 'I feel terrible. Like theres a weight on my chest.' in the movie to where he just concludes he must be terribly hungover in the book.

I still have to read the sequel tho. i'm still not sure why its a sequel seeing it appears to feature different characters but a friend of mine assures me it is... *confused face*

I got it in a grcery store in Wales believe it or not! I thought he almost disowned his son halfway through tales form earthsea because they had such huge arguments over it? O_o I know! The fact he was retireing made me outright refuse to watch Ponyo. But then I did watch it and figured if I had made a movie that spectacularly awesome I would retire. Bet the guys at Ghibli all were secretly happy he was gonna retire so they would have their moment to shine, but then they saw Ponyo an realised they'd never be able to make a better movie.
