i love the dynamic direction the clouds are going and how they all lead your eyes to the character. Beautiful pastel shades as well, i wish i can create something as nice as this someday!

It's a pastel-y brush with cloud texture actually, I messed around with some of the settings.
The clouds from steven universe are sometimes drawn diagonally so I took the idea into mind, it seemed more interesting than regular horizontal clouds. I tried to match the pallette to the original mv as much as possible. I really like this pastel look, too. Thank you for your opinion

Oh wow, i love that show too. I think the colors they use are very vibrant and pretty. Was actually planning to draw the lapis lazuli fanart again
Now that i look at the pic again, the clouds are indeed diagonal similar to the SU sky style, it's really dynamic and beautiful!
